2010 Mustangs by the Bay
Posted by btucker on October 03rd, 2010
The Mustang Club of San Diego hosted the Mustangs by the Bay car show October 3rd, 2010. For the 7th time, the show was held at Embarcadero Marina Park North next to Seaport Village. Over 200 Mustangs lined up on the grass providing a wonderful contrast with the harbor, the Coronado bridge, boats in the marina and the San Diego skyline. Boy Scout Troop 11 provided refreshments while DJ Jim Ackley supplied the tunes. JBA hosted a booth including parts displays, a 430-hp JBA-built SBF engine, an “in-progress” customer car and J. Bittle’s 1968 Trans Am Mustang. From time to time, J would crank up the tunnel-port 302 just to wake up the neighborhood. JBA team members Mike and David both won trophies for their Mustangs and a good time was had by all! -bt
